June 5, 2015, New York, NY - Education technology firm, TutaPoint, LLC has named Viola Feld its Vice President of Partnerships and Business Development. The eight year old provider of academic support services added the position due to strong growth within the United States and internationally.
Feld will oversee TutaPoint's growing institutional client roster, which is made up of secondary schools and colleges as well as non-profit education providers and programs. "The firm has received more requests for bids and proposals during the first five months of this year than the past two years combined," said TutaPoint CEO Ryan Duques.
TutaPoint provides academic support services, which include online tutoring, homework help, drop-in help centers and college readiness programs. The services are delivered to students anywhere through the firm’s proprietary online classroom and learning management software. Live, US based instructors provide services to students here in the United States and abroad using full HD audio, video and an advanced learning environment.
Feld has more than ten years of experience in the education industry. Prior to joining TutaPoint she was the General Manager of Tomorrow's Genius where she oversaw all aspects of that firms deployment of their online education services. Feld also has extensive experience in private and government supported academic tutoring programs.
