Admittedly Selected as a Finalist in Worldwide LAUNCHedu Competition at SXSWedu

Austin, TX -

Admittedly, a venture-backed college advisory startup headquartered in New York City, has been named runner-up in SXSWedu’s LAUNCHedu, a prestigious competition for early-stage education startups from across the world.

After a rigorous screening process, Admittedly was selected as one of the top 10 finalists to compete in the LAUNCHedu event that took place March 3rd-6th. The selected start-ups highlighted their products in an elevator-style pitch competition before a live audience and renowned judge’s panel of venture capitalists, successful entrepreneurs, and education practitioners.

The competition was then narrowed to three finalists and Admittedly was one of the winners selected to continue on to the LAUNCHedu showdown round where they received runner-up.

Admittedly is the ultimate online college advisory platform for high school students, their parents, and guidance counselors that is leveling the playing field for students of all budgets. They provide tools for students in 8th through 12th grade that are timely, relevant, and early enough to make an impact on improving students’ chances of admission.
